☆ Shelby Sells (she/her) ☆

Shelby Sells is a love, sex, and relationship coach based in New York City. She uses her holistic background in Transformational Life Coaching (ICF) to empower authentic relationships with the self and others. Her mission is to hold space for people to explore their sexuality and relationships with healthy attitudes.

☆ Samantha Bitty (she/her) ☆

Samantha Bitty is an award-winning sexual health and consent educator, speaker, certified Emotional Intelligence Coach and social change entrepreneur. Samantha is a sober person in long-term recovery, a survivor of sexual and gender-based violence, a lifelong learner, and a career volunteer. Samantha prioritizes art, aesthetics and accessibility to teach sex-ed that is rooted in pleasure, anti-racism, disability justice and is affirming to folks across the gender/sexuality spectrum and survivors of gender-based violence. With humour, empathy and liberation central to her work, she uses games, drag, and media to push the boundaries of propriety and facilitate entry points into challenging conversations.

☆ Dr. Yuliya Rackal (she/her) ☆

Dr. Yuliya Rackal is an academic family physician at St. Michael’s Academic Family Health Team in Toronto, where she has been practicing and teaching family medicine since 2006. She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Toronto. Dr. Rackal graduated from Queen’s University Medical School in 2004 and Queen’s Family Medicine residency in 2006. Her interest in preventive medicine stems from her Masters in Public Health Nutrition and her undergraduate degree in Nutritional Sciences, both completed at the University of Toronto. Rekindling her love of writing led to a Certificate in Global Journalism at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health, University of Toronto, in 2021. She looks forward to incorporating more writing and creative endeavours into her career. As an avid Vipassana meditator, hiker, cross-country skier, bike rider and single mom of three, Yuliya is determined to carve her own unique path paved with joy, compassion, courage and peace.
