Shipping & Returns
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed and items shipped within 24 to 48 hours of being placed. You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped and delivered. You can track your shipment through your Shopify account to find out when it will get to you.
Orders over $30 qualify for free standard shipping, and you can expect your parcel in 3-9 business days.
Canadian Orders
Standard Shipping 3-9 business days
Express Shipping 1-2 business days
US Orders
Standard Shipping 4-8 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Is shipping discreet?
Packages will include the name Jems on exterior labeling. Exterior packaging for shipping purposes will not include any reference to sex or condoms.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship to Canada and the US. Sign up for our newsletter to find out when Jems products are available in your region.
Do you accept returns?
Jems condoms are not available for returns, refunds or exchanges. If you have an issue with your condom order, please get in touch at support@jemsforall.com.
Jems merchandise (not condoms) can be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date you received it, provided it is unworn/undamaged and with the tags still on.
